Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.
- When your payment is approved by our fraud guarantee department, your order will be processed to be ready for the date and time selected. *Please note that the delivery date and time selected cannot be altered.
Order Shipment:
- Orders will be shipped out on the date and time you selected.
- Your order will be delivered within the 90 minute window that you have selected.
- Order will be left at the front door or desk if no answer is received 5 minutes upon delivery.
Delivery Damages:
- If you believe that an item has arrived damaged, contact us at mybistro@mycateringgroup.com and send a picture of the damage along with a description of the damage.
