Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues reported three (3) days after receiving meal kits may not be rectified due to our items being perishable.

 

Non-returnable items
Perishable foods, beverages and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations/ Refunds

Cancellations are only considered if the inquiry are placed three (3) days prior to the pick up date. Please contact us at mybistro@mycateringgroup.com to process order cancellations.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

All approved orders cancelled within 24 hours of pick up/ delivery date will be reimbursed at 50% of your total order in the value of store credit.
